We generally recommend you pick up your packet the day before the event at the packet pick up location. However, we understand that is sometimes difficult and do allow packet pick up the morning of. We recommend getting there as early as possible if that is the case as all capes are given on a first come, first serve basis and the popular colors usually go quickly.
Yes. Please make sure they have your full name as that will be required when they pick up your packet. Please check the event page for other details specific to packet pick up for your event.

Generally we say no. Though most of our events take place in public parks. So if you have questions about this please double check with the venue for your event. This is not something we regularly track.

Yes, strollers are welcome! Please note that only registered runners receive a cape and medal, so if you want your child to receive a cape and medal, they will need to be registered. Only participants with a bib (given out at packet pick up) will receive a finishers medal.
The Super Run is a family friendly, superhero themed 5K and is not officially timed. Only registered runners receive a cape and medal, and your bib is how we know you are a paid registrant.
